GENERAL FEATURES

Our wall hung boilers
can easily be asembled in smaller spaces thanks to their
smaller size.
- Microprocessor controlled card
The
wall mounted boilers can perform all functional operations
by means of microprocessor card. The necessary software
which enables your wall mounted boiler perform safely and
with highest efficiency has been installed.
- Anti freezing protection system
The
wall mounted boiler can automatically activate the pump when
the water temperature inside the wall mounted boiler goes
below (+8 °C) and if the water temperature inside wall
mounted boiler goes below (+5 °C) the boiler thanks to
its sensor positioned on "nayla" wall mounted boiler card.
- Accurate temperature adjustment on central
heating and heating circuits ± 1 °C
Acuurate
temperature adjustment can be performed thanks to the
sensors and microprocessor used.
- Three way electrical valve
It
minimizes the risk of breakdowns and failures due to its
three way electrical valve design.
- Timer room thermostat connection
bracket
The room thermostat can be connected
with the wall hung boiler so remote control of the
temperature is possible.
- Pump feature that those not allow the pump run
the wall mounted boiler without water
In order
for the circulation pump used in wall mounted boilers
not be damaged when there is no water, low pressure water
switch has been used. When the water pressure goes below 0.6
bars, the system will automatically be blocked.
- Ignition control bymeans of ionization
electrode
Constant flame inspection is
performed by detecting the flame combusting thanks
to the ionization electrode assembled into the
combustion chamber.
- Automatic by-pass system
When the
vanes in the system are closed, it regulates the flow of
water inside due to the risk of pump getting jammed and be
damaged.
- Overheat sensor
The mounted boiler
prevents the water from overheating and hurt and damage the
user and wall mounted boiler by maintaining secondary safety
precaution when even when the heat sensor on the wall
mounted boiler is out of service due to a breakdown.
- Secondary water exchanger
It enables
the water to be heated by passing through the secondary
exchanger however not the main exchanger.
- Electronic ignition
Nayla-plus
mounted boiler has electronic ignition mechanism. An
automatic, safe ignition is provided by means of it.
- Pump anti-blockage system
It
prevents the pump from being blocked when the wall mounted
boiler is not used for more than 24 hours by automatically
running the pump.
- Easily adjustable circulation pump
The pump adjustment switch is positioned at the bottom
of the wall mounted boiler thus the user may select the
suitable adjustment level and obtain energy savings.
- Low Nox level
As the gases reach the
wall mounted boiler, they combust and exhaust some gas out
to the atmosphere at certain amounts. The gases which arise
due to combustion should be at a level which does not
pollute atmosphere. Our wall mounted boiler is manufactured
at European standards defined as Nox group 3 and they
maintain a minimum level of pollution in atmosphere.
- Electronic full modulation
This
feature provides the suitable amount of gas or flame length
according to the suitable heat. Hence the consumption of gas
is kept at a minimum level.
- Ergonomic and separate controlling
board
The function and adjustment buttons have
been designed in a way that will allow all the users
easily apprehend. The illuminated gauges and lights on the
controlling board enables you to see the temperature or
possible breakdowns.
- Operability with natural gas and LPG
By assembling the necessary parts on the induction
manifold on the wall mounted boiler, the operability with
natural gas or LPG is enabled. There are sperate combustion
functions of both gases on the control card used.
- Lower gas consumption, higher
efficiency
We can increase the standard
efficiency assumed as 90% to 93%. Thus we can obtain the
same values of heat with lower consumption of gas.
- Calcification preventing system
Due to the secondary
exchanger assembled to the wall mounted boiler, the domestic
water passes through this exchanger and hence it is heated
and the calcification is prevented by keeping the water
temperature at 65 °C.
