to Call Center in shortest time, with continuously detecting
the positions of service technicians in the field via
“Team-Mobile” system which we apply with Turkcell & Baykan
cooperation.7 days 24 Hours of Technical Service is being
given to Baykan users. After the working hours with the help
of this system, with one to one directives of our technical
service experts, the solution for malfunctions is
provided.
