- Sensor to prevent
overheating : This is the
safety system that provides stopping the burning
operation of the Hung-wall boiler, in case the
temperature of the circuit water is more than
100°C (and the other system sensors cannot
fulfill their duty). In this way, this system
provides damaging the hung wall
boiler.
- Control of the Fire
with Ion Electrode: In case the burner
is going out, the ion electrode, that is
permanently in contact with flame upon the
burner, is sending this situation to the
electronic card and is turning off the gas. In
this way, is prevented the gas consumption and
gas leakage
- The Automatic By-Pass
System: Our Wall-Hung Boilers are
provided with a by-pass pipe wich is allowing
the water to pass only into one way between all
way crane and return group. In this way, even if
all the cranes of the wall-hung boiler are
closed, it provides the water circulation of 350
lt/h and prevents damaging of the
boiler.
- Anti-Pump Seizing
System preventing the pump working without
water: This is the safety system
stopping the boiler working and preventing Due
to the pressure sensor that is situated on the
circulation pump of the wall-hung boiler, in
case the water pressure on the circuit is under
0,6 bar.
- Anti-Frost System
against Freezing : During cold weather,
in case the water from the inner circuit of the
boiler decreases under 5°C the burner starts
burning and is heating the water till 36°C. In
this way the system prevents cracking of the
circulation pump, heat exchanger and other
pieces of the boiler due to the freezing
events.
- Anti-Block System
Preventing the Jamming of the Pump :
This is the system providing the functioning of
the pump for 20 seconds, once every 21 hours, in
order to prevent the jamming of the pump, in
case the boiler is not used for a long
period.
- A Special Filter on the
Entrance of the Cold Water : Due to the
filter positioned after the ball valve allowing
the boiler to receive water, it provides the
possibility to clean the water from foreign
substances.
- Anti-Calc System
against Calcifying : The heating of the
central heating water is achieved by a separate
steel plate exchanger. In case the central
heating water going through plate exchanger is
over a warm degree, the is capturing calc. Due
to the warmth sensor positioned here, it
provides the heating of the water at the
expected degree, meanwhile is preventing the
calcifying of the water.
- Safety Valve :
In case the pressure of the water is exceeding
over 3 bar, this valve is providing the
evacuation of the water surplus from the system
by using this valve in order to prevent the
damage of the boiler.
- The Gradual Circulation
Pump : This is a system providing the
adjustment of According to the client/user
demand.
- Elektronic Full
Modulation : Due to a special programme
electronical card situaated on the boiler, all
the operations regarding the values are provided
by an delectronic card.
- Electronic
Ignition: Using only one button it
provides electronic ignition and the functioning
of the boiler.
- The Values of hot water
indicated by led index : Situated on
the front panell of the boiler this is the
system informing the user about the water
temperature.
- A Sensible Setting of
the Water of Central System and of Heating
: Due to the sensors, different for hot
water and heating system of the boiler a
temperature setting of ±1°C can be done
providing also savings of gas and a better
confort.
- Isolation Protection
: Our wall hang boiler are produced
from inox sheet iron using the best tehnology of
moulding. The burning room is very well
isolated, having also an extra second isolation.
Due to this second isolation it achieves a 5 %
savings and isolation against noise, providing a
better functioning and more confort. This
isolation system is realised from one piece
only, being a high quality system in
Europe.
